Well I put back some of the weight over my Xmas break that I took off silly me. My own fault so I have decided to cut out all soft drinks so diet coke no sugar at all yip I'm taking everything out that I shouldn't eat so it wont be a problem. It's going well the weight is now coming off I just have to stick to what I know and it WILL work.
I need to get me but into gear and do some exercise that's another thing I got slack on so I will discuss with Chris re walking again I know she will be chuffed with that.

Yip ya heard right.

Not only am I walking the dog and walking on sat with me fellow Telly tubbies but I also figured out how to get more active during my day at work.

It seems there are good ideas on tv I was watching 20/20 the other day and there was a item on call centes having the highest rate of heart ideas and obesty seems sitting on ya tosh all dy ain't good for ya HELLOOOOO tell me something I don't know they recommended that ya get a tread mill under ya desk well the boss ain't gonna wanna do that so I did the next best thing I started walking around while I was on the fone and I got 2 of the other girls to do it to and we gonna do it every day :-) I'm real chugged about that.

So no more getting fat at work. ya can work up a right sweat walking on the spot or trying to dance at ya desk it looked pretty funny but do I care HE'LL NO I don't.

I lost 500gms last week and I wanna lose more this week so jigglin and wiggling is gonna come in handy lol

Food wise I'm good I'm making better choices so I real proud of me self I know me fellow Telly tubbies are all doing well to so I'm real proud of us all

Well I finally figured out how to use me iPad on blogger

Well it seems I just needed to change 1 thing so now I can blog to me hearts content.

We got a new dog on Saturday we had been looking for quite some time but we needed to get just the right one.

Brock is afraid of dogs after getting knocked over and licked to death so we needed a quiet dog and 1 that didn't jump.

We found honey on trademe she's 5 years old so not yappy or bouncy and she as quiet as a church mouse.

It was real hard getting her as I felt I was betraying Max but she's filled a void which has been there ever since Max died.

So it's walking for us now, we done a big walk today and I got a big arse blister for me troubles but that's ok, no pain no gain eh.

Eating is on track I'm focused for the first time in a long time and it feels great.

I lost 3 kilos last week so that was great but I'm not expecting that much loss this week it would be great but we all know the first week is usually the best week so I'm hoping for 1 kilo this week.

Well Me and 3 of me mates have decided its time to stop being telly tubbies and do something about it. So without further ado it's game on.
I weighed me self not happy with it but it was better than i thought it would be.
So now im tracking, walking, drinking me water and I'm focussed on the end but remember small steps to get to the end result so 1st goal to lose 5 kgs hoping it will take about 4 weeks.

Going walking with Chris and Anne 3 days a week and if we get that little dog I will be walking every day so on with me day got to go to work got my snacks so i dont get distracted by chippies and choc I was real good last night they brought out the chippies and choc and i brought out me carrot sticks. They might end up joining me when they start to see the kilos drops.

It feels good to be in control

Well I woke up on Wednesday feeling really flat I had no energy at all took all my energy to drag my sorry arse out of bed to get ready for work.

Had no energy at work and My workmate was getting worried as I just wasnt myself

Then at 7pm I started getting a tightening in my chest.

I thout to meself thats not good then I started getting a pain in my shoulder at this stage I thout I better get an amblance but thout nah i'll go home and see Neil

On my way home I started feeling a pulse in me chin and knew i was in deep doggy doo doo here

I got home and Neil started complaining bout things and I thout ah crap and went and sat down.

went to bed and thout if i'm not feeling better tomorrow i'll go to the doc.

So thursday morning I get up feeling just as bad as yesterday so rang the doc but he not there so i think well maybe I'll go to the
emergency doc so thats what i was going to do but then my dughter in law rang so was going to the doc and asked if i was all right so I told her me prob she was round in a jiffy and took me to her doc who did an ecg then put me in an ambo and sent me to hosp.

So ive been jabed ecged bped and temped all day and night i got more drugs than the chemist.

My bp was 180/80 no wonder doc was panicing

So now im home and me bp is back to semi normal i have to have a heart scan and go see a cardiologist now that'll be fun

And just to show ya I havent lost me fighting spirit i got into a heated discussion with the doc.
He wants to put me on cholestrol tabs but since my cholestrol is dam near perfect i wasnt gonna take them seems everyone with a heart condition has to take them as a precaussion so if i take them when me cholestrol is so dam good what the hell they goona do for me eh ?

Well i'm home now and i still have no energy so i think i'm gonna have a nana nap

Well Neil must think i dont go thru the camera cause look what I found in the photo files PPPPPPPissed I am.

He knows no ones allowed to mess with me bears so whats he gone and done letting Brock into there room.
Now dont get me wrong I love Brock more than anyhting but ya DONT MESS WITH ME BEARS :-(

I new someone had been in with them was not happy and Neil knows not to mess with them he just told me to get over it Brock loved it in there.

Well thats the first and last time hes gonna visit them I can tell ya.

Nana not happy

So how do you keep an active 14mth old busy well ya dont put him in with me bears thats for sure ya put on Thomas the Tank engine lol

Kept him and granddad busy for ages so nana could get things done.

Also keeps Poppa busy lol

And little Ella just sleeps thru it lol

So its back to normal kids have gone home bears are fixed up and now after work I get me Nails done.

Took ages but it was her first set so shes got room for improvement not that she needs to improve much just needs to get faster at it but that will come with practice.

Well im gonna go yell at vodafone they stuffed up our account and havent fixed it I better not get another non english speaking person again that will really set me off

Well after 6 whole months I'm finally getting my nails done again.
My friend Peggy-sue is learning to be a nail tech so I gladly offered to be a guinea pig lol i will post photos 2moro along with the photos of the kids.

well shopping with dad was interesting i got a new chopping gadget so i made stirfry veges for the guys for tea 2nite.

The kids slept all nite so that was good it's strange having babies sleepin over but im pleased they let me sleep.

I'm looking forward to Chris comin to stay in May will be so good to catch up again :-)

well i better go its real hard to type 1 handed while the other hand is getting nice new nails lol

Well I had forgotten just how tough it is to have 2 babies to look after NO wait a minute I never had 2 babies at once I was so much more cleaverer than that LOL I waited untill Geoffrey was 3 before we had another one LOL

But in saying that I had a ball even Dad behaved himself

We got the kids still here they are going to stay the night so lets hope they sleep all night eh

Neils real good with them he gets up in the middle of the night if they wake up.

He said he regrets not doing that when our kids were little.

Well I guess you all thout that i had forgotten ya all eh well I've just been real busy.

Dad keeps me busy 2 days a week and I now have Brock and Ella every Friday and I got a new job so I'm gonna do my best to keep ya all informed on me day hope I dont get to boring LOL.

So me new job I know you just dying to know what I do now.
Well you know those annoying people who ring you at teatime to talk to you about your Insurances YIP thats me so dont get mad at the next one who calls ya it could very well be me lol

Dads doing better but hes now got diabeties so every day i go and take him out i got do his bloods and at tea time i gotta give him a jab so im starting to feel like a real nurse lol

Now that seems strange to me Kids back to school but now that we got a teenager living here thats exactally what today is.

The bus is coming at 8.05 to take Nick to school and drops him off at 4.15 i dont even have to take him thats so cool.

Now i just gotta remember to get up and get him off at the right time. dont want him late for his first day at school lol.

This is the result of just needing 1 thing

To say we were stressed would be the understatment of the year

when ever he gets bad news the only way he copes is to SHOP

it gets to the stage when the shop assistant shows him the specials and yip he just gotta buy them.

We had his bone scan at 11am then when that was over i brought him home here for lunch then we met up with Erica and Stephen for a coffee and Then he packed the biggest shit in the coffee shop man it was embarassing like a little kid he was stamping his feet and chucking his toys out of his cot only he to little to give a good wack so we just let him go and boy did he go crazy in there

So now hes all happy untill next time.

So after his shopping spree I took him back to the rest home got him some tea and draged me sorry arse home with the loot now i gotta find somewhere to put it all. Neil just shook his head he to doesnt know what to do with dad.

hes my brothers son and he's just come to live with us and he is just so amazing with computers

since he moved in last nite i have gotten $10 of free credit on me fone and hes hooked up my fone and new video camera to my computer so now i can download photos and videos how cool is that eh.

I can see that he is gonna be very handy to have around lol.

I have to take me dad to have a bone scan today seems hes been on some heavy duty drugs and now they are worring that hes got problems with his bones so we gotta go get them checked out

Now i bet you going whats she doing at the court house been naughty well yeah i have

Last year when we were told that my dad was going to die we brought my 2 sisters over from aussie and on there last day here we were running a bit late to go up and say goodbye it was gonna be the last time they ever saw him again so i was trying my best to get them there to say goodbye then to wellington to catch there plane.

So im in a hurry and stupid me was going a tad bit fast and ye guess it i get stopped by Mr Plod.
I explain my situation to the nice Mr plod and he tells me to slow down and will let me go so as not to waste to much time and he would think about giving me ticket. He would post it out if he did.

I thout what a nice copper.
Bastard ended up giving me aticketr but sent it to the wrong address so i never got it did i.

So i get this awlfull phone call from the infrigment people saying they going to repo my car so i went a bit balastic as you could imagine.
Not only did i not get the original ticket but i didnt get any of the reminders or the one that said they taking me to court.

Seems Mr plod heard me wrong when i gave him my address and he sent it to the wrong number.

So in i went and filled out the appropate papers and now it seems like they gone and lost them to.
Lucky for me i kept my copy eh so now i have to go back and sort it again....PPPFFTTTTTTTTT.

Oh what to do there is only so much housework one can do only so long you can spend on the computer before you start to go nuts so i need to find something else to do eh.

Yesterday we all went up to have tea with dad hes not allowed to move around much hes got blood clots in his legs and one has allready pass thru his heart into his lungs so he was lucky to survive that but we got lots of problems to deal with with him

hes being naughty at the home that he lives in hes quite selfish when he wants to be and where the tv's concerned if you dont wanna watch what hes watching too bad he grabs the remotes and they cant get them off him so now we have to growl at him like a little boy which makes him grumpy.
So how do you handle a 74 yr old baby with out causing to much stress?

The Rain turned to snow in the blinking of an eye it was impressive i can tell ya

Then the Calvery turned up :-) at this stage i was thinking Shit i dont think im getting home tonight.

Then i was worried bout me mate Milli you saw his big rigg on chris's blog as he was going to Napier so i txted him to tell him that we had just been told the other bus was stranded in Taupo and the highway between Napier and Taupo was now closed i knew he was going that way and didnt want him stranded as well.

He was real greatfull he changed a few things around as he knew Napier was out and he had to go via New Plymoth to get to Otaki.

Heres our bus just before the snow got really bad people were actually outside chucking snowballs lol

Now i know what a popsicle feels like FRIGGIN COLD thats what.

Me day started out good at 7am my dear friend Chris took me to the train station so i could go to papatoetoe to catch A BUS TO GO BACK TO WHERE I STARTED FROM (GO FIGGER IT ACTUALLY SAVED ME 23 BUCKS)
Then once on the bus me journey started then it started to rain then it piddled down then it pissed down then we get into Taupo and we get told that the dessert road is closed and we have to go
via Oakune but coming into there we encountered the snow.

The nice driver said you can get off we cant go anywhere just yet so have a toilet break.

Then we had to turn around and go back the way we came if we wanted to get home then you guessed it not long after we went back they closed the road so we were lucky

Then we had a real long slow trip home the road was slippery and the cars in front of us were slidding everwhere so it was a bit hair raising it was only than that i appreciated the fact we had seatbelts so stopped muttering to me self about having them on a bus.

I finally got home at 8.20pm

This is BROCK isn't he just so cute, he is my loverly 8mth old grandson and you are never gonna guess what has happened since i last blogged its a shocker i can tell ya.

Well were do i start

Firstly Im now unemployed YES you read right I have sold my shop and given up work for now I needed a break working 15 hours a day was killing me and i didnt want to beat me dad into the ground YES hes stilll with us god nows how hes made it this far but he has hes now in a hospital wing in a resthome and grumpy as shit he hates it but he needs more care than we can give him so he just has to grin and bear it

At the moment hes back in hospital with blot clots in both is leg and his lung so how he survived that we dont no so he just has to stay put untill the clot disolves man im pleased they very strict on visiting up there at the moment he drives ya Mad with all the requested for this and that thenyou dont get any time to do anything.

So Ive come to the big smoke of Auckland to help me friend out lol

Man im a silly billy.
we had Brock for the weekend (he sooooo loves his Nana:-) ) as Jillian was a bridesmaid in a wedding so we went to wellington with him.
He was so good on the way down, then it went to crap on saturday nite.
It was so hot and we had trouble settling him we tried everything, luke warm wash, windows open, only nappies on, Neil driving him round the city in the wee small hours. He finally fell asleep about 1am only to wake at 3am for a feed and proceeded to crap EVERYWHERE.
Man when he power craps HE power craps ive never seen a baby poo so much.

We ended up with a wet bed (not my side lol) so it was a long nite.

We then went to visit a friend of neils who wanted to see Brock and thats when me day went down the shitter.

I only had to go and trip on there drive way and when i fell (thank god Neil had Brock) i heard a very loud crack in me ankle.
Oh shit it was painfull Neil hurrys to get me up man i was worried i had broke me ankle it was already starting to swell.
Neil wantrs to take me to the hospital and the thought of waiting for 6-8 hrs in A&E with a grumpy baby didnt sit well and anyway i needed to get back to palmy as Lyn (me mother in law) and i were going to watch ITS IN THE BAG so i just told him Im ok (big fat liar)
so i hobble inside his friends house and they put some ice on me ankle which was starting to hurt like bugger and i just grin and bear it.

when we got back to Palmy i hobble all the way into the Regent to watch the show and then hobble back out by now its friggin hurting like you wouldnt believe.
When we get home Neil makes me sit down and rings the neighbour (hes a dr) he thinks i just sprained it so put it up and pack ice on it so Neils does as he is told then cooks me tea.
(by now im serously worried as Neil never does anything to help me NEVER).

so today i get up at 2am and head very slowly to work man im not looking forward to that im having trouble walking and i got to work to 3pm so im a bit worried.

Neil pops in to see how im going and redoes me bandage and sugests i go see the doc.
so me mother in law comes in and works for me and i go see the doc.

I had some xrays and bugger me if i aint got a piece of metal stuck in me leg.
Now i gotta see that so i hobble round to the computer and take a squiz and sure enough there a bit a metal in me leg its been there a while by the looks of it.
Seems when i had surgery on me legs 4 yrs ago he left something behind.
I didnt even know it was there it doesnt even hurt so i think i will leave it there cause if i remember rightly when i had that surgery it took me 3months before i could walk properly again so i aint gonna go upset anything now am i.

So i have just badly sprained me ankle (thank god) and i gotta go to pyhsio and i got me some good drugs so im happy (while the drugs work )

i have taken some lovely photos of Brock and when i figure out how to put them on me blog i will do so for you all to see how bueatiful me wee grandson is.

Yip yea read it right.
On my first offical visit to visit my brand new grandson and what does Nana do She forgets the goddam CAMERA.

So out comes my phone and i got 2 photos of my dad holding Brock just as well his parents remembered there camera so i am gonna make sure that i take the camera tomorrow causes hes just so cute he looks just like his dad when he was born.

Geoffreys doing a good job he was up at 3am this morning doing the VACUMING that kid has never vacumed but give the guy a kid and all of a sudden he becomes domiscated, so now to get him to do the washing,dishes,dusting,making the beds,ironing,cleaning the toilets,and just making sure everything is clean then Jillian could have a break thet would be wishfull thinking eh
Hes changed his first shitty nappie and yip he ran for the nurse it was so funny lets hope he doesnt forget how to change them lol

At 4.21pm Brock John Crawley was born.
weighin in at 8lb 14 oz.
He was born with the cord around his neck and was blue Geoffrey ran me and it sounded like world war 3 going on, there were people screaming Geoffrey was crying and i couldnt make out what was going on all i got was hes blue mum get here fast
SO 125km hr and it takes me 5 mins to get there.
I was rushed into the delivery suite where there were more docs than nurses and Brocks was completly white i thout he was dead it gave me a hell of a fright geoffreys a mess Jillians a mess her mums crying and so am i.
I take over the oxygen that is being blownin into brocks face and geoffreys goes to Jillian to help her get the placenta out what a good dam nightmare.
The peadritrican doesnt like his color so they wisk him away thats just what they did to me when geoffrey was born his heart stoped so it was whoa i dont like this to firmular for me liking.
Geoffrey went with brock and i stayed with Jilllian then she asked if i could check on brock so i was taken to neonates
His color was better and they were putting drips into his tiny little hand, the poor little mite hes so tiny his head is bruised like you wouldnt believe so thy give him panadol cause hes got a little headache.

At 6pm i went and saw dad he started crying and wanted to go up hospital so i had to tell him the prob with brock and he goes and has a goddam asthma attack on me man i dont need anymore dramas so we get him on the nebuliser and now hes ok

Geoffrey just rang and after 36 hrs of no sleep Jillians a bit buggered NO SHIT SHERLOCK shes in the throws of full on child birth and bugger me if hes moaning about the fact that she wants DRUGS. Shes screaming no FRIGGEN wonder, shes trying to get a 9lb baby out and it FRIGGEN hurts.

Man im gonna give that boy of mine a stern telling off when this is finallly over.
The poor woman has been at it for 7hrs and is now only 3cm dialated its gonna be a long day I wish there was something i could do but there aint so i just gotta wait so im gonna read me book.

Ive just had a heated discussion with Neil and he reckons us woman are wimps he reckons he could handle it HES a BIG STRONG MAN and can handle more than us mere woman (sexist pig)

So i informed him that i would drag his balls up thru his mouth and see how long inbetween screams before he demands the drugs.

Hes now out side drinking his diet coke contemplating his future without his balls lol

I got a fone call this morning at 5.30 from my sister Erica dad was taken to hospital at 3am my brother and her thout they would let me sleep as dad has had me running around for him over the last few days and they both new i wasnt coping.

So up i went at 8.30 he was having heart trouble and his breathing wasnt the best, his ankles are now swelling so his kidneys are failing again he keeps bugging me bout Brock wants to see him before he goes.

The specialist Dr Holst (Yip thats right Alisons daughter) shes really nice and concerned bout dad she thinks that maybe we look at putting dad into a hospital wing in a rest home as he needs more care than the home can give him he was concerned about where we are going to put him as he really likes the home that hes in so he said he would only go into Combrae in feilding so we have to have family meeting and see his social worker that is if he survives this episode.

well the rain has stopped and the sun is now shining so i better go and do the dishes

Dads not to good hes been in and out of hospital and its putting a real strain on me heart Ive not told neil bout the pains he just dont seem to understand what im going thru both of his parents are still here and now im gonna be an orphan any day now and i feel so alone.

When you watch someone dying its the hardest thing in the world.

The neighbours are really pissing everyone off they have gone and chained the only remaining gate and that bloke actually owns the driveway man what a ruckess that caused he cut the chain and lock and then ran over the gate when the neighbours were approached they had the nerve to say it was us we think hes trying to cause trouble the bustard the neighbour told him in now if you ever lock me gate again there will be more trouble than he can handle so lets hope he listens eh.

Well chrisy has been and gone and im so looking forward to next year
Brock is nearly here hes giving his mum a bit of a hard time hes not in the right position and shes havin real probs with her back.
Dad has told the home hes just waiting to see Brock thens its all over.
Brock will be his first greatgrand child and hes so looking forward to meeting him so im excited about Brock coming but sad at the same time cause i know as soon as im a nana dad will give up so its real hard at the mo eh.

Well the neighbours have finally pissed of the one person that they shouldnt, the man with the power to CUT of there water and yip they been cut off LOL that will teach them eh
they all shitty now I wonder why lol
Well you cant be upseting everyone but they have there are 4 of us in our little lifestye blocks who all get along we share the grass so the stock have plenty to eat they even share the grass with one of the neighbours when theres run out so why would you go and upset everyone like they have all over a gate that they blocked up, they have now paddlocked every singe gate in our community so we have to cut the chains to move the stock then they call the police and send nasty letters to everyone. Not very nice people at all.

Cant wait for them to move and get some good neighbours cause i dont like the fricton all this is causing.

Well i have lost 4.8 kilos since i last blogged cool eh im being so good its scary i have been going to a meeting in feilding as its hard going to meetings in palmy when just about all the members know you a leader and sometimes you just want to sit back and just be a member to.
Just cause you a leader you dont have all the answers and when things go wong with you you go get help from the others so thats what ive done good on me eh.

Dads not been to good he had another heart attack and spent 5 days in hospital he played up merry hell as well when they wouldnt let him out of there, behaved like 2 year old was so embarassing we had to tell him off and when he left he done the fingers to the hospital well did he get a telling off then the naughty little boy. Its so sad to watch someone who used to be so independant and active reduced to a 2 year old in nappies
if i go like him someone please shoot me i dont want to be remembered like that.

The bears have settled well into there new rooms i leave the wardrobe doors open (they connect the 2 rooms together) so they dont stress out to much well so i dont stress to much lol cant handle them being seperated sad i no but thats me lol i have brought a couple more and neil hasnt spied them yet lol man im good eh

Well i've been busy moving all them bears. YES i moved them and what a mission it was but they moved now so i aint gonna move them again so he better be happy with were they are or there be hell to pay im a telling ya.

Well ive been real busy went up to auckland on saturday for leaders seminar and all i can say is KEEP coming cause you will all be excited when you find out whats in store for you all cause i am.:-)
I had a wonderful time catching up with chris shes got a lovely home but there so many people who live in auckland and how she dont get lost i will never know. so im looking forward to her coming down soon :-)
By the way chris that lotto ticket SUCKED big time worse one i ever got lol oh well lets hope me Big wed ticket is better eh.

The weathers been a bit shitty here with a real nice day thrown in now and then so todays ok it could be better.

You wont believe what i did today man i can be so lazy sometimes, but in my defence it a bit cold now and i really needed to go to the loo so i usually drive me car down the drive then walk up the drive and pick up the wheelie bin then walk down me drive to drop it in its spot (now me drive if you dont know is about 160 meteres long so it aint a 2 sec job ok) so lazy me stuck the handle over me tow bar and off i went now how i didnt think of it sooner i will never know it was so easy but then on the exercise front i suck today but i got powerplate this arvo so i dont feel to bad now eh well i better go fix his tea and get ready for power plate so chow for now.

Its very sad at my place today :-( YES they are moving, it dont seem fair to stick me bears in to two rooms when they were perfectly happy in the one.
especially when the room they were in is now not going to get used . Now i wonder if i was to tell him to move his beloved junk out of the garage what sort of reception i would get huh.

well hes off down at mitre 10 so he can get a bit of wood so he can mount his new tv and we moved the old tv into the lounge last nite after a few of the bears were removed i wonder if he gets me any shelving that hes been promising to get me for a while now while hes there. I need a few shelves put up in the new rooms for the bears so that when Brock comes to stay they wont get hurt.

well this aint getting them moved or improving my mood so I better get cracking.

Well neil is back and hes about to upset the neighbours by moving the cows so, to do that he has to cut the chain that the stupid people put on our gate, we can expect the cops this arvo i think. But we have the permission of the other neighbours to move them so there gonna be squabbles in the neighbourhood tonight lol.

Morning tea was good had a lovely chat with the girls it was just so nice to sit back and just chat and not have to hurry home so im looking forward to the next one.

well so far this week i have been to work and cooked tea then i went to power plate then i did the Wendy suffle down my hall lol thank god the kids have moved out it must have looked funny
Today i have worked been to the accountants (boring) cooked tea and rested me weary feet so now i have to get ready for weightwatchers tomorrow nite so i think tomorrow i will go out for tea cause god knows im not cooking when i get home at 8.45 its way to late to eat then eh.

Well the bears have survived another week in the lounge at this rate they will still be there next year lol hopefully he wont remember that he wants me to move them so they can all stay togther that would be nice eh.

Had weight watchers this morning i must say it gets hard when you take 4 meetings a week you just seem to be repeating yourself so i hope that all members got something out of it i have to remember that they have only heard me once eh.

RIB RIBS AND MORE RIBS

Well we went to Lone Star its really nice there and you get good meals.
Yip you guessed it I had the Ribs but i took off the chips and coleslaw (they have more dressing than coleslaw there) and had veges instead. wasnt that good of me. I couldnt eat them all so i left them there didnt want to take them home and eat em and i didnt even have pudding so i think i did really well.

work was real busy today then about 1.15 a truck decided to do a delivery to the guys at the back of us and backed straight ito me shop what a bloody noise it made and the damage i hear you ask ????

well he took out the spouting damaged a few boards but lucky for him me big windows stayed in tacked. it gave us all a bit of a fright then it was the talk of the bakery the customers all got into the act seems this particular truck driver has a repretation for running into things silly bugger i ask you how can you miss a building seems he has a problem with backing he said he cant so what the hell is he doing with a truck licence you would think that it would be a requirement for holding one wouldnt ya, aparently not he better not come back, but the damage wasnt as bad as last time we got hit.
when we were at the other shop a truck came in the front doors now that was impressive i can tell ya, so i shouldnt be to upset with this chap least me customers can get in eh lol

well its coffee time tomorrow and im meeting the girls at 10.30 its our first coffee morning since Chris left it wont be the same without her but we gonna have fun anyhow

Yesterday I took the wed nite meetings which Judith normally takes shes gone to America for a couple of weeks lucky bugger I hope shes enjoying herself.

The meetings went well they are a great bunch of ladies (and guys) got home boout 8.30 so it was a long day so i just buggered off to bed and had a great sleep.

went to visit dad after work and hes not breathing to good his legs are swollen he gets tired very easy just going a few steps buggers him out its really sad to watch.

Well seems hes buggered off to Welington for work so im all on me lonesome with me lovely dog Max so i can get up to allsorts cant I.
But im gonna be good so im gonna do the washing (again), get things ready for tomorrow nite im taking the wed nite meetings for 2 weeks while judes away, do some book work then go to bed and have noone keep me awake with there snoring lol.

Well looks like a brought a lemon :-(

that will teach me eh got me a Mondeo the other week its really nice but all of a sudden i cant open the doors now they wont lock the cd players not working properly and they have fixed it twice before so back it goes and out i go with the courtsey car but only after ive shown them my licence how rude im thinking they no who i am i only brought 2 cars off them in 2 years the checky buggers

Well they now have to get a new lock for the door and me stereos gone back to Auckland so they better fix it or get me a new one :-)

Been to see dad he was fast asleep in his chair in the sun he had been out with my sister and he was knackered so after an hour of idle chit chat its off home to get tea ready.

Well its now Sunday and me bears are on the move :-( i hate moving them they seem so settled in there lounge and it was only 4 months ago that they got moved in there so im not happy im moving them again but he wants the lounge back so now they are going into 2 bedroms instead of one so hopefully they wont be to crowded i am gonna have to get fotos of them before they move and fotos of when they arrived in there new rooms but now i have a bigger problem they have been all together for 13 years so i dont know which ones get seperated what a delimena....

CLEAN UP DADS HOUSE DAY

Weight watchers went well this morning im now taking 2 meetings so its up at 6.30 to be set up by 8am for the first meeting which went well then at 9.30 for the second meeting. My friend Chris D arrived today back from England it was so good to see her and she had fotos of all the foods available for weightwatchers members over there i think im gonna move cause they had some amazing stuff

Then over to Willard home and pick Dad up its gonna be hard we going thru his place and chucking out what he dont want

We found mums death certificate brought me to tears as i hadnt seen it before was something i couldnt look at before so ive had an extremelly emotional day.

Then when dad had had enough we went to the warehouse his favourite shop now hes happy got some more dvds (like he needs anymore hes only got about 600 at his house) and a laundry basket for his room then back to willard home just in time for his tea

so now im gonna go and get ready for the party and gonna go have some of that fun im been telling yous about

Thank god today is over. It has been a very hard day its the first day back at work since i got sick on tuesday and i can tell ya im knackered.

I was gonna go visit dad after work but im just to tired and tomorrow im picking him up after weight watchers and we are going to get some little nit knacks from his house and take them to his room at willard home.
He is really enjoying it there hes got lots of people to talk to so he wont be alone any more this is good :-)

I have my nephew staying this weekend hes a bundle of beans so Neil had better look after him cause im gonna have me hands full with dad.

And today at 9.25 my neice Kaylynn had a little boy :-) great aunty sandra ohh that sounds old i will have to pop over to feilding and see her in the weekend

Ive got a big 40th party tomorrow so im gonna let me hair down and have some fun cause god nows ive not had much of that lately

so untill later chow........

Well i lost 500gms im pleased with that didnt want to put on as i havent eaten and i allways put on when i dont eat so next week it will be a good week as im feelin better and went to power plate for the first time this week :-)

Well i bet this has given you a shock Sandra Blogging 2 days in a row i must be sick eh YIP crook as a dog been to the doc what an idiot told me to gargle salted water for me cough (which ive had for a month) gave me some pills to block me up as i cant fart or otherwise you guessed it need to change me knickers then sent me on my way.

I think i better go back and ask to see my doc dont like that other one.
I havent eaten since monday cant hold anything down ive coughed so much that my stomach hurts and last night my chest was getting tight so i poked me husband and sure enough he just kept on sleeping to bad if i'd died eh.

Well dad has settled into to his new home and we are going to sell his little flat.
Me big bro Mark not happy im sure he thinks dads gona go mad and spend his inheritence but who cares its his money not ours let him enjoy it i say

I cant go visiting yet as im to sick and dont want to pass on this nasty bug but i must say i think ive had a good loss this week not a good way to lose weight but its the only possitive thing to come out of it but next week when im eating i bet i put some of it back on :-(

It seems that when dad was in hospital i got made chief toe nail clipper im not to happy bout that it wasnt the nicest thing ive had to do but it beats washing his bum yes i did that too seems the nurses to busy for these basic nessiseties same that cause now i have images i dont need lol

They also lost his teeth so im having to chase up what they gonna do about that aswell. Its not like im busy or anything eh i just got work, family, weightwatchers, soccer, all the farm animals.

Then 2 weeks ago i got home from work to find my beloved cat not well by the time i got her to the vet she had gone down hill real fast
she was completly blind and couldnt walk so we had to have her put down i just sobbed and sobbed it had been the most horendous month what with me heart then me dad now i lost my cat we had her for 16 years so we have had her cremated and now shes back here in a rimu box i just cry everytime i see it :-(

well lets hope that this month gets better eh

well i better get back to bed so i can get better

HES HANGING IN THERE............

Well hes survived the week all of us are here now Rosalie and Elizabeth arrived thursday nite Liane arrived wed nite so were all here and things are really strained.
I had to have my stress test which didnt go well now i have the girls watching me and telling tales to the nurses my blood pressure is now 175 over 115 so they not happy and i have to wait around like im going anywhere lol.

dad is now out of danger for now he needs dialysis and now he has a falling blood count they have told us that if his count goes below 80 he is in danger of a heart attack and he has a non resus order out so we are geting a bit stressed eh

well its 4 weeks down the track every one has gone home so its up to me and Erica and Stephen to look after him its getting a bit much now hes very demanding but hes alive if only just 30% of him
his kidneys are working at 30%
liver at 20 %
lungs at 25%
so hes a bit stuffed.
they have transfered him to star 2 and making him do things which is good as he wants to go home were not happy about that as he cant walk let alone get out of bed and clean him self hes incontentent so its a big problem how do you tell someone who is extremelly independant that it dont look like
hes going home.

Well they have taken him home for a home visit to see how he copes and he didnt as we expected
on Tuesday we had a family group conference which went well the doc told dad that if he went home and he fell then he would break his hip and would prob not survive it so dad has some thinking to do
Well he has decided to go into a home so on thursday we are going looking.
Well he seams a hit with the ladies they swarmed around him like fresh meat lol
he has gone back to hospital with some reading to do but he seems to have made his mind up

well hes made his mind up hes going to Willard home so he moves on Wed and hopefuully the pressure will be off us a little and he can get back to living as god nos he not done to much of that lately hes looking forward to getting back to Lodge so lets hope that goes well

NOW WHERE WAS I ........

Dads in ccu hes not breathing to good and my big brother is on his way its now 8pm and we have been here all day. Amanda came up from wellington and is here for the week

Jillian my new daughter in law tobe has arranged things at work so i can be up at the hospital as they have told us dad isnt expected to make it. :-( Im sitting in his room when he informs me mum is here now im worried as mum died 16 yeasrs ago so is she here to take him away or to reasure him he gonna b ok?

So i just say HI MUM but its to late shes gone oh well maybe she will come back im real upset as dads dying and im alone in his room then me brother turns up and we have the best chat we have ever had.

Dad is in and out of it but we manage a few words which where special

Mark tells dad that on the way from rotorua he was trying to think of his time with dad but couldnt think of any good memorys and Dad said he wasnt a good dad had no time for us and he was sorry for that then he said something that made my whole upbringing finally make sense he waid that out of all the kids (there are 7 of us) 1 was picked on the most. Yip you guessed it he said it was Sandra (i knew this as i allways thout i got the raw end of things ) it was just so cleansing finally having some one say they were sorry for the way i had always been treated.

SUNDAY

Dad makes thru the night. I have a house fill of people my brother Mark is staying Neils cousin and his partner and kids where there when we got home last night so there are bodies everywhere i just have to get out im not coping to many people to feed and not enough food so i went shopping Mark comes along and helps replenish my cubboards as we have my sisters coming over from aussie.

We arrive at the hospital dad is not doing well hes kidneys are failing he cant speak to good its realy heartbreaking to watch, mum has been back and bugger me if my brother dosnt go and knock her over scared the shit out of us all when dad started going crazy at him poor stephen doesnt know what to do he couldnt see her we all ask where she is before we move as we dont want to go knocking her over again.

its now 11pm and the fone goes we need to get up to the hospital ASAP so me and mark go as fast as i can drive and bugger me if i dont beat him to dads room (he has running medals) lol me training is paying off i think.

Dads not to good wants to sort his funeral hes been blacking out so wants to put things in order. Doc not happy with his progress told us get family over asap

Well last time i blogged i said it was a nighmare week WELL GUESS WHAT its been a NIGHTMARE 5 WEEKS.
Let me explain
on the 18th july my son geoffrey had his engagement party I was doing the catering (the good mum that i am) and it all started badly when i pulled a muscle in my back so to get thru all the things i had to do i just popped a pill and off i went but me back didnt like that so i took a stronger pill. My lovely friends from my soccer team (GO THE MUPPETS) came and gave me a hand i would have been screwed without them i can tell ya.
Then my dad turned up and he was mad as he hadnt got an invite ( yes he did he just forgot) so when we finally get home to get changed i sit down and bugger me if i dont go and have a slight little HEART ATTACK got rushed to the docs who put me in an ambulance and sent me to hospital and you guessed it i missed the party.

At the hospital they found a heart murmer and high blood pressure and asked me if i was under any stress DERRRRRRRRR my whole life is stressful what with the lightening strike, sons engagement, my dads deterating health , not to mention my job it gets a bit much sometimes but i manage you just do eh
Well that put paid to me playing soccer on the the sunday the coach and the doc said NO so i wnt and watched :-(

Well all week i was knackered it just took all me energy to get round so i took the saturday of weightwatchers and slept in

THEN ME FONE GOES nads its my sister from aussie she had juwst rung dad and was concerned with his breathing so i rang me big sis who lives round the corner and wake her up (shes a night nurse in a nd e) she said just check hes taken his meds so off i go i had me sister txting me from aussie telling me hes real bad and then another txt saying dads rung an ambo love and death
i didnt check the sender just thout it was my sis telling me he was dying so i put me hazzard lights on and speed like crazy didnt do me heart any good i can tell ya
When i get to his place which is 20 mins from mine i find me brother in law there hes rung the ambo seems love and death is my nephews signiture on his fone (little shit) so he got a telling off and changed it pronto
Well dad was in a bad way i went in the ambo with him to the hospital where my sister met us and there we waited while they tried to stablize him.
they transfered him to CCU he had phenumonia, kidney failure and he was septic as he hadnt done anything bout his legs being ulcerated what a mess
well i have to go and help Neil clean the carpets but i will be back to finish off me story till later

WHAT A NIGHTMARE WEEK SEE IF YOU CAN BEAT IT

Well to say that i've had the week from hell is no understatement let me enlighten you
Friday was cooking meat at work for the soccer club mid winter xmas dinner and you guessed it took it out of the oven and got covered in boiling hot water badly burning my arm (crap it hurt)
then the fone goes and its me dearly loved son MOM WE HAVE NO WATER seems we have a leak in the water tanks, i've got a burning arm and he wants me to go find the water nahhhhhhhh, ring the plumber god dam it i go so he rings around and the only 1 available comes around looks at said pump and informs us we been struck by lightening so that explains a few things
1. no oven
2. no microwave.
3 no dishwasher
4. no water pump
5. 7 lightbulbs blown
but we got no water and its pissing down outside so when hubby gets home he goes investagating and finds 50,000 LITRES OF WATER in the pig paddock, pigs happy as larry, hubby not so.
SATURDAY
shut of one of the tanks that is leaking and wait for rain to full up the other tank
piddling down with rain so should not take long.
borrow a pump from the neighbour (lovely guy) but something not right with that one as well
ok so by this time im dirty need a bath
need to get washing done
need to do the dishes
need to spend a penny so i get handed a bucket of water (not impressed)
SUNDAY
sick of eating out not good for weight loss not looking forward to weds weigh in.
get hold of insurance agent (finally) he says get fixed now sort out on monday
still cant get a decent plumber shit im not impressed
now have a hose from the tank straight to the washing machine with a submersible pump to get the water out
still using a bucket to flush
pain in arm getting better.
MONDAY
YAY the plumber here
pump stuffed (no kidding)
put temp pump in but it got no shut of valve so can only use when need water so shit shower and shave, do dishes and washing all at once think im gonna knacker this one too.
now waiting on assor to come at take a look at me oven, microwave, and dishwasher, got new light bulbs in
arm on the mend.
Been up to hospital to vist me friend Chris and had her in stiches especially when i told her that on my way to work on monday
i got a flat tyre and was an hour late, my baker was gonna come looking for me

dont think i could take much more so went for me weigh in expecting a gain and bugger me if i aint gone and lost 1.2 kgs so hopefully things getting better cause god knows i cant take any more

WHAT A MISSERABLE DAY

Well what a miserable day it was yesterday poored with rain and i had to play SOCCER yes im totally mad got soaking wet not to mention i couldnt see a thing all the rain on me glasses doen't make for good vision not to mention my face was hot and me glasses cold so yes they fogged up, got in trouble with the ref when i didn't see the god dam ball coming at me, and when it hit me i got done for a hand ball IT HIT ME
IN THE GOD DAM SHOULDER YOU BLIND I WAS THINKING well apparently if you stop it with your shoulder its a penelty (stupid rule) never mind couldn't wait to get home and into the shower.

So today im going back to April Sun on Cuba for another session on the power plate i never shock so much i can tell ya how i kept me head on i'll never no, so back for another session i'll shake that weight of i will. He was happy with me seems not everyone who joins knows to drink water he was suprised i drink 3 glasses before 7am then another 3 glasses by 12 and the rest when i can get it in, do you think i should tell him im a weightwatchers leader and i allready know that stuff or just string him along and see if he gets anything wrong hahaha i like puting know it alls in there place, not so keen when it happens to me thou but if i can learn anything new its a good lesson eh

Im pretty sore after all my running yesterday so it will be interesting to see how i cope today, will keep you posted

ANOTHER DAY OF EXERCISE

WELL IM OFF TO APRIL SUN ON CUBA GONNA TRY OUT THE POWER PLATE AND SHIFT THAT BUTT OF MY OUTA HERE BEEN HANGING AROUND TOO LONG FOR MY LIKING SO TIME TO GET RID OF IT.

SO HOPEFULLY WITH THE WALKING AND SWIMMING AND SOCCER AND NOW THE POWER PLATE WATCHING WHAT I EAT I WILL BE BACK TO GOAL IN NO TIME YAH FOR A SIZE 10 AGAIN.

HELLO EVERYONE,
I got such a suprise to see that people have read my blog and asked me a few questions so i will do my best to answer them.

FIRSTLY THE BEARS
well thats a long story they did have there own room but that got to small and they started migrating around the house so i got the hard word and they all moved into the lounge as we use the family room hubby didnt mind them in there as it ment we then had a spare room, so off i went and moved all the furniture out and my bears in. No one is allowed in there, people just have to look thru the doors :-) i get very ancious if people touch them just ask Chris she will tell you im completly mad. If i see one i just have to buy them im not allowed to browse thru trademe anymore i found this really big one in Auckland and got one of my regular customers who ive become friends with to bring it down in his truck he thinks i am totally wacked eh was so embarrased he made his girlfriend carry it into the shop lol. well i could go on for ages about me bears but you would get bored so on to the next one

MY WEIGHT LOSS
after losing 44.2 kgs i became a weightwatchers leader.
I wanted to give back what i had recieved as losing weight we all know is relly hard.
I have had quite a few health scares as I got older things started breaking down. the upshot of it was i needed treastment that i wouldnt take as the side effects were weight gain as having lost it i didnt want it back so a fight ensued between the surgeon and me so i WON they wouldnt give me the drugs that would make me fat as long as i had a mirena put in as it would stop all the hemoraging and pain (that would stop me in my tracks when it hit every 2 weeks). I wanted a hystroectomy they said i was too young go figure my baby was 22 do you think i was going to go back there i dont think so. So in the Mirena went the mongrel didnt tell me that the biggest side effect was rapid weight gain did he no he lied so i went to a private surgeon who removed the nasty thing as then i had my hystroectomy Yeah no more periods no more pain best thing i ever did so now my weight is slowing going down and weight watchers is once again helping me so its off to leaders meeting tonight i got my weigh in so i will let you all know how i got on mwan i hope its not a gain on that would suck on me first reporting to you all eh.

i will try to put on my fat photo up but will prob need Chris's help with that one eh warning if you tell anyone you saw it i will have to kill you all its not a good foto haha just joking did i mention that i was quite mad

I'M AS MAD AS A HATTER IVE BEEN TOLD.... this is Chris H helping Sandra with her first post...

She's a really neat girl, a wonderful friend and MY Weight Watcher Leader.

She collects BEARS, thousands of them....

She also has her own Bakery, gets up every morning at 4am to bake her bloody pies and open her shop... She works like a Trojan... and still has time to help all us girls with our Weight....

Her brain is not functioning right now... she can't think of ANYTHING to say on her own blog... derrrr! but I am sure she will eventually, so come back later and she might have something to say!

these photos are of some of my bears. top photo is big bear and friends bottom photo is bundy and big bear. bundy i stole from my brother in law in aussie yip i got him thru customs and he was waiting with the airline hostess when we landed in palmy they were scared someone would pinch him.
